They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. I had a kitchen blind I was going to put, I asked Graeme if he wouldn't mind doing it, which he did at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and will definitely use again.
