Mathew contacted me and came to see the job the same day, he then started the job two days later. I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. This was first time on rated so I was obviously a bit dubious but these guys laid all that to rest. My neighbour was that impressed that he is painting her house next week. JAKUB CAME HERE, 2 DAYS IN A ROW, TO ENSURE ALL MY LITTLE JOBS WERE DONE, EVEN MY WINDOWS WERE CLEANED SO I CAN ACTUALLY SEE OUT OF THEM NOW !! HE WAS KIND, WILLING, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOROUGH. USED MY VAC TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE FLAT AFTER HE LOADED ALL THE DEBRIS THAT WAS THERE INTO HIS VAN - AND PAID HIM HAPPILY. I didn't employ them for the chimney repair but did get new soffits, gutters and facia from them. They started the job immediately and worked on through the rain for the next few days. We were pleased with the end result.
