George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Pete and his workman did a great job of clearing my very overgrown garden. The garden had overgrown branches, bushes, ect, and Pete was excellent with cutting back ,clearing , removing garden waste .The garden looks so much better, thanks to Pete. Very reasonable price . James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.
