My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Excellent job and very conscientious. I think Randy has just started up, so he is a bit more expensive as he has to hire his some of his equipment. However, well worth the additional cost. I will use him again and I've already recommended him to others.
