First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

We are extremely happy with our bathroom refurbishment. It looks better than we imagined because of C&M builders and their hard work. Dorina & Cyprian came to view the work and gave us a reasonable quote the same day of us posting the ad as we wanted the work to be done urgently. They started work the next week and were very understanding of our needs. Dorina was our main contact and was always reachable. I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. Barry came out to give the quote when he said he would. Really nice chap. Gave him the job. He and his "mate" (can remember the other guys name), came out when they said they would. Did a good job, and tied up behind themselves. I'd use Barry again.
