Alex and his coworker from C&P General Construction Ltd did an exceptional job repairing and repainting my front door, 7 door frames and most of the skirting boards around my flat. They both are very friendly and are very good at being neat and paying close attention to detail. Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). A good team who were all pleasant and friendly. Left the garden as neat and tidy as was possible. Happy with outcome, would use again.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
