Shane has done a lovely job. He has been very good with keeping thing in character with existing 1830s cottage. Even though it’s new joining old. Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. Quoted for job straight away & did all communication through email as I asked due to me having a stroke & not speaking very well. After accepting quote Tim arranged for all materials he required to be collected or delivered (without any money up front) & kept me informed at all times. Work was arranged within 2 weeks & carried out exactly as specified on the day & time arranged. Fantastic work at a competitive price & I would highly recommend.

Mr Belshaw was a pleasure to have around the property. His quote was comprehensive and competitive for the work. He communicated well about the process and I felt fully informed about what was being done and why. His lead time to beginning the job was short and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
