I hired William to do some tricky jobs in a small space, blocking off a door and using the other side of the partition to create a book shelf to make use of the space. There were additional works for hanging doors, moving the position of a door and building a new frame, fitting architraves, awkward skirting board replacement etc. William and his son did an absolutely amazing job and he will now be our go-to joiner for any woodwork needed in our house. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
