I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Bob has just completed painting the outside of my house. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a painter. He was a very neat worker and tidied up afterwards. His price was very reasonable considering he had some cementing work to be done before giving the walls two coats of paint.
