we are a family business with over 25 years in the building industry. With lots of different skills and qualifications. from a NVQ in electrical design and installations, able skills construction trained in bricklaying, paving and five different ways of pointing and plastering, level 3 CCTV & solar pv design & installation. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

I was quoted on 11 internal Doors & Casings. Labour price was £2300. The existing doors and casings have been removed making the job easier and more straightforward. The price seemed extreme. Decided to go with another company on Rated people with 5 star reviews and twice as many satisfied customers for a fraction of the price.
