I’ve just had my one bedroom Annex plastered skimmed. I cannot speak highly enough for the good work and the hard work that he put in. It was excellent, especially from a person like myself but I’ve worked in the building industry for the last 45 years. he done an excellent job and tidied up after he finished very good I would say actually top job.

Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.
