Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.

Can't rate Matt and the company higher. Have used a number of tradespeople over the years and it's refreshing to find a company that will not let you down, that takes pride in their work and prices reasonably. I'm very happy with my studio build and thankful that I chose Matt & co to work on this project. I've recommended R.Wilkinsons & Sons to my friends and family because I couldn't be happier with the work they have completed so far.

The best tradesman I’ve ever encountered! Always respectful, clean and tidy. A great work ethic trying to find solutions to problems and extremely hard working. Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration. He advised me on what to prioritise, the materials to use and gave me options as I was on a budget with many repairs that needed doing. I cannot recommend Nicu highly enough.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
