Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.

I’ve just had my one bedroom Annex plastered skimmed. I cannot speak highly enough for the good work and the hard work that he put in. It was excellent, especially from a person like myself but I’ve worked in the building industry for the last 45 years. he done an excellent job and tidied up after he finished very good I would say actually top job.

Vic did a great job painting my whole flat at short notice and to a tight time schedule. The quality of his workmanship was high and he was very good at communicating with me when necessary. I would use his services again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Outstanding builders, professional and trustworthy from the initial stages to completion. Substantial project which was architecturally challenging was totally mastered by Maciej & his team. Calin did an excellent replacing our bathroom suite as well as tiling new floor and decorating the bathroom .. He also replaced our shower in the en-suite and did a perfect job as well as replacing new flooring tiling and completely decorating the en-suite .. All his work is a very standard and he is very respectful of your home and leaves everything spotless clean afterwards .. highly recommended by me

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Finally on my loft conversion journey with Lupercal Construction Ltd. Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.
