This job was done really well and at a very reasonable cost. Daniel gave us suggestions that saved us money and also made the most of the space we had to use. He was a very fast worker and left the house tidy each day. We would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly use again.

I’ve just had my one bedroom Annex plastered skimmed. I cannot speak highly enough for the good work and the hard work that he put in. It was excellent, especially from a person like myself but I’ve worked in the building industry for the last 45 years. he done an excellent job and tidied up after he finished very good I would say actually top job.

Vic did a great job painting my whole flat at short notice and to a tight time schedule. The quality of his workmanship was high and he was very good at communicating with me when necessary. I would use his services again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Outstanding builders, professional and trustworthy from the initial stages to completion. Substantial project which was architecturally challenging was totally mastered by Maciej & his team. Antonel was helpful in discussing what was needed and gave good advice. The work has been done well and care was taken to keep things as clean as possible - the men also cleaned up well afterwards. We may well use this company for future projects

I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

Finally on my loft conversion journey with Lupercal Construction Ltd. Still a way to go but just have to give them the thumbs up for exceptional customer service, flexibility, empathy and a focus on the needs of the client. Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.
