The work is not yet finished, but I have enough experience with Maurice to say that he is excellent. Keen, attentive, personable and goes the extra mile without prompting. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy at every stage. He does his level best to get us great prices on materials. His work is to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I initially got Don to restore some old painted doors. He did such an amazing job restoring the doors and fitting them with handles, I’ve hired him for several other jobs. He’s very efficient and has a great attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

Barry was very friendly and cheerful, turned up when he said he would and got on with the job with no fuss at all. He was very unobtrusive when working and performed the work to a high standard. There were a couple of things we noticed that weren't quite right once the work had finished, and he was very happy to come back round and sort things out even a couple of months later. Would definitely recommend him.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry.
