Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Hi my name is Chris , here is a little insight into myself and what I do. Firstly I would like to explain that I will treat your house with the utmost respect , I have plenty of experience working within people's homes and understand the stress it can cause,I will protect all vulnerable surfaces tidy up and generally try to minimise any disruption within your home . I will also only quote to carry out work that I am happy to do , I am not a "chancer" and if I'm not entirely happy doing something or if I don't think the desired results can be achieved you will be the first to know. I have been plastering since 2002 with the main focus of my work being (but not limited to) the domestic marketplace ie people's homes. From plastering whole extentions to fixing a patch where somebody has literally "put their foot in (through) it" over the years I have used my skills to improve , repair and modernise properties of all shapes and sizes . Covering unsightly Artex, installing of coving and cornice , rendering , pebbledashing , skimming of walls and ceilings to refresh tired plasterwork , soundproofing, plasterboarding, float and set are just a few of the services I am more than happy to provide . The bulk of my last 7 years have been spent working for a company carrying out work on behalf of insurance companies. My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. I have alot of experience working with other trades that has given me a sound understanding of structures , the things that go wrong with them and how to put them right , correctly . I also have experience within the surface repair industry which means by using a variety of materials I am able to repair almost any hard surface around the home or even in the garden that has been damaged, chipped baths and sinks,shower trays wooden doors , worktops of various compounds, tiles, upvc window frames to name but a few . The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. We are very happy on the whole with the work done on our extension. The quality of the work is excellent and the team worked really hard, kept to their hours and left the place clean and tidy each day. There were a few extra jobs along the way that we asked if they could do and they were very happy to do these for us. There were some unexpected costs, but Peter always gave us price options so we didn't feel any pressure to pay a premium. The finishing touches took a while to complete but this was minor.
