The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
