We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Excellent workmanship and a very professional and reliable team. Always kept us up to date on the progress and costs of the work and were always flexible to any changes that we made. We were extremely pleased with the final result. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.
