Replacing two taps, new bathroom extractor fan, new plug socket, repair to internal wall from removal of tv bracket, dishwasher, plumbing & water pressure checks. A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. This tradesman's? standard of work is appalling & I can only assume his Rated People reviews are false. We had no option but to dismiss him after he ruined our lounge. The numerous faults eg. large gaps above bay window, uneven walls, plastering abysmal. His cleaning up was non-existent & left my home in a disgraceful mess, cement and plaster covering our wooden floor & doors. We had to hack off all his work and start again! This has cost us dearly, not to mention the stress. RATED PEOPLE? I DONT THINK SO!

Qualified electrician and part p compliant and time served chippie. With my business partner being qualified plumber ex gas safe also a time served plaster. With over 60 years experience of the building trade between us. Always happy to survey and assess customers needs before quoting to make sure we and our customers are happy with the work to be done.
Job done to a good standard. However, still awaiting certificate. Messaged a few times and they said it was in the post but still nothing received.
I arranged an appointment for you to provide an estimate for the job. You failed to come, nor have you contacted me during the week since to explain, apologise or rearrange the appointment.
Spoke to him he for quote/do the job on certain days. Received a phonecall asking if he could come and do the job on the days I wasn't available. Informed me he would get in touch with me on a certain day to rearrange. Never did so. And to top it off, he then contacted Rated People to say he hadn't been given a chance to quote when he had! I can't rate him for the quality of his work but I do know one thing-there is no way I'm going to let a tradesman into my house when they lie and are dishonest. Avoid.
