I needed some maintenance to my slate roof. Tiles replacing and snow boards removing. Michael came to look at the job and also identified that the mortar needed replacing under the verge tiles (this was identified in my house purchase survey 18 months ago but I hadn't done anything about it). I had two walls in the kitchen that needed damp proofing, he initially agreed on both of them but when he came to do the job he totally denied agreeing on both of them and said he'll do one and the other one he would do it like as a favour, I didn't mind what he calls it a favour or whatever as long as it's done, but this wall never got dry and it got worse than what it was, he came a second time to fix it but still he couldn't, and after that he never came back to me even though I chased him.
