Hi, my name is Tom Fields, I am the director of Premier Property Solutions. The company was only recently established within the last 2 years. However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. Therefore, I am competent, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and will ensure the job is done at the highest of standards. I am new to Rated People, since the company is newly established I would like to use it as a platform to promote the company and deliver good quality work. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. Recently self employed after serving 12 years at a respected joinery company where I served my apprenticeship and worked upto site foreman role.. I aim to please the customer with reasonable prices A* workmanship and a friendly attitude. Now changed the company name to DC designs and offer a full bespoke service. From kitchens bedrooms and living rooms to prety much anything building wise. I have a team of friendly trades men i use for the jobs i cant do.

Very pleased with our bathroom and the work DGN did for us, it has been finished to a high standard with good attention to detail. Good value too, Dal was very honest and fair about costs with no nasty surprises. He didn't charge more even though the fitting took longer than expected due to issues with the existing space. I would recommend Dal to anyone wanting a quality job at a fair price.
