A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.

Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.

Everything finished to a good standard, problems solved where they arise and advice offered on finishes, such as patio slabs, fixtures and fittings. Turned up on time for both the estimate and doing the job. They were polite and professional. I have to mark them down a bit on tidying up afterwards but that was not a serious concern and I would happily use them again.

Told me he was FENSA but he isn't; very disappointed... then installed the windows incorrectly and not as per my drawings.
Very courteous and efficient. Arrived promptly by appointment and provided a quote which was very reasonable. In the event we decided to opt for an alternative tradesman who seemed more experienced to undertake what turned out to be a rather more difficult and complex task than originally anticipated.
