Had lots of problems to fix in my kitchen but nothing was a problem for Ewan, even the unexpected issues. Went above and beyond at times. Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.
