In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Alan did a brilliant job. Only a small repair, which made it difficult to find someone, but Alan took it on and at a time to suit us, with a very fair quote. Would definitely recommend and will definitely look to use Alan again.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.
