Tony was brilliant. He seemed really thorough, and didn't let anything arising bother him too much, so kept me calm too! Also he didn't mind my kids 'supervising' him at every opportunity, which was good. We're really happy with all the work he did.

I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy

Alan did a brilliant job. Only a small repair, which made it difficult to find someone, but Alan took it on and at a time to suit us, with a very fair quote. Would definitely recommend and will definitely look to use Alan again.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! Paul did a great job in a hard to work area, paving, creating steps and a path while blending it into the older garden areas we don't have funds to change just yet. Altogether a much improved area, and when we have that big win he can come back and take care of the rest! Paul, and Chris were both polite and trustworthy, keeping us informed of progress and helping us make the best decisions for the area, and not minding when there was something we needed to change.

Andrei and his brother fitted our fence/gate and repaired our front wall. He is very professional and listened to our sugessions. He communicates very well and it has been pleasure having him to do the work for us. He clearly has lots of experience and I would have no problem hiring him again.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build.
