Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Really pleasant people to do business with. Very flexible with dates & times. Came when they said they would. Only advertised a very small job which put off most traders. We have just had our garden completely made over and landscaped by Bruce and Seamus. An absolutely outstanding job we are beyond delighted. From the very first meeting to discuss the project, to the moment they swept up on the final day it has been a breeze. Come rain and considerable shine they marched on transforming a sad old patch into something we are truly proud of. Nothing was too much trouble, creative thinking mixed with true artisan skills. Highly recommended!

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
