I have recently opened the company and as Director i also have a vast experience in the brickwork Industry. The jobs which i am carrying out myself are of top quality and i aim to cover all your expectations. I had started in the brickwork Industry since i was 18 years old and in the last 3 years i have experience as a foreman in a large brickwork company, running jobs circa 2 million pounds. Vasil and his team were able to complete the work in two areas of the site to a high standard and the finished job is excellent. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. Whilst I had noticed that Fred seemed to have more recommendations for gardening / landscaping of late - Fred didn't disappoint. Fred is an experienced brickie (see earlier comments), and whilst not a massive job (brickwork up to DPC on two seperate bases) - was impressed with his work. Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time.
