Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Shaun at Jam Painting did an exceptionally thorough job when contracted to paint the interior of my house. He took great care, and paid attention to the details. He was neat and tidy with his equipment, and very personable. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Ken, took on additional work for me outside the original decorating that I required. He was quick, very well priced, professional and I will be using him moving forward to maintain my rental houses. The job turned out to be a much bigger project than first thought but [COMPANY_NAME] rose to the challenge, and did a first class job. They kept me informed of progress with the work as I wasn't on site and maintained a friendly, professional attitude throughout. This ensured that good relations were maintained with the owners of the neighbouring property during such a large undertaking.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

I needed an experienced brickie to urgently to sort out an extension before crane/steels turned up in few days. Shaun gave a fair quote, turned up on time exactly as promised. Worked very hard even in the boiling heat and did a great job. 100% recommended!!
