I have had a disappointing service from this gentleman unfortunately he has not completed the work because we had disagreements about payment.He told he's rate is £1 per brick to lay, and in hes calculation was 370 bricks to build a bbq.We agreed to start in 2 days, he came late at 11.40am at about 4 pm when the work was nearing completion I counted the bricks and it was 220 so I said I owe £220 he got very angry and he left unfinished job I paid him £300 Next day had finish myself and clean mess he left

A no nonsense honest builder. What you see is what you get. I Would recommend KWS for any building work. KWS, turned up when they said, kept us totally informed of how the job was progressing and the issues they encountered, cleaned up after themselves and were totally accomodating. They also gave us some advice on other works that we were considering, overall very impressed.

Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. Despite his original tiler letting him down at short notice, Richard kept in touch and organised another tiler within two days who completed the two jobs in a day! Very good communication and very happy with the price and finish - would recommend.
