M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

Tommy fitted a new replacement kitchen sink for me into my existing kitchen worktop, including all the cutting, fitting and plumbing involved. He did an excellent job in all respects. I would thoroughly recommend him. Not cheap, but well worth it.
