Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Florin's work on my new staircase was excellent. His work was clean and tidy. When there were opportunities to take short cuts, he didn't, always completing a thorough and professional job. He gave advice and talked through each of the options carefully. His work was completed on time and on budget. His team were courteous, polite and cleaned up every day. The final job was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in using him again.
My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.
