Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Like me they are very happy with his work and his prices.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Truguard laid an entrance area with Bonded resin. Absolutely great job! Luke explained how the project would go, and worked tirelessly. Great worker at a reasonable price for a very professional outcome.

The wind blew down the panels to the fence and they needed realigning. Simon came the very next morning and gave me the quote, happy with the price and very pleased with the workmanship. Works really hard and very helpful will be giving him more work soon. Thanks Simon

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Bernard is a true expert in his trade, he has a wealth of knowledge. He is easily contacted, we arranged a quote, luckily he had a gap in diary & could do the work within a week (rain coming through your kitchen ceiling is never good!) His quote was very reasonable. He arrived on time & removed all debris from site. I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again or anyone he recommended

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Couldn’t have asked for more from Chris and his team. Excellent workmanship. Bespoke work done to better than imagined. A real craftsman who was a pleasure to have in my home. Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!
