£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! I found R.A builders very helpful. Richard showed up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work in a very professional manner, leaving a very tidy working area. He provided all materials and work was carried out quickly. Richard obviously takes pride in his work as although this was just a quick rebuild he was very precise about what he was doing leaving the rough blocks neatly finished. This was the first time R A builders had done work for us but they will certainly be getting first shout on any future work.
