I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

A fantastic Job at a reasonable price, they were here within an hour of us posting the job today. We had guttering replaced, tiles replaced all in a day and done by 2 very nice men. We highly recommend them.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We have since asked David to complete additional jobs for us and will continue to recommend his services to others as well.

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

I am absolutely delighted with my new fence Mark arrived on time, worked like a trojan and his 2 young helpers cleaned every bit of mess and rubbish .Mark even dug over my side borders and not a shrub damaged. An immediate and competative quote, we were advised of a work schedule and who to expect on site. They were prompt and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard within the time frame. Their transport was signwritten and smart, their jumpers had their logo, this is a good indication of pride in their work. When subcontractors were left on site the boss returned and checked on their progress and ensured they were well supplied with materials. Highly recommended thank you a good job well done.

Superb team of builders. Very skilful, knowledgeable and helpful. Work was very clean and efficient. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Would definately use again should the need arise. Highly recommended for any work required.
