Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. His price was great. I have already passed his number onto my friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Jason, was very professional from the word go with prompt meetings, quotations returned within 24 hours, and a follow in service. His work was carried out without any issues, and he carried out the work required perfectly, and I would recommend him for other potential roofing works, and be confident all our expectations of what we required would be discussed fully, agreed with written quotes and containing full guarantees within the work carried out. Dave and the team did an excellent job extending our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/diner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the work is to a very high standard. Trusted Dave and team to make the right decisions for the job and would happily work with them again. Would recommend.

The two guys who came and removed my rubbish were great. They turned up when they said they would do and cleared everything away in no time at all. There was far more rubbish than I realised and my back garden looked great afterwards. Reasonable price too, I would definitely hire them again.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Darren was quick in reaching out and coming to my house to give me a quote. He popped back a few days later and carried out the work with no issues. He provided photos of the job in progress and then once complete. Very happy with the work and very happy with his price too. Would definitely use Darren again
