Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
