Extremely happy & satisfied with the product & service provided by AJ. He had to make 2 visits to complete my job in Basingstoke, once to install the slab base & to install the shed the next day, but he didn't to do the 2 visits. Despite having to do extra work around the slab area, using more cement, sand, he delivered it within the agreed quote price. Very professional team. They cleared the area of all the rubbish & left it in clean condition. There was clear communication all along as well.

Jake and Paul had difficulties with their van so the job was postponed, but only by a couple of days. They got the job done, which wasn't an easy one, and I'm very pleased our double gates are secure once more. The price was reasonable, particularly and they showed great willing to overcome their transport issues and get the job done. My only suggestion to them would be a little bit more communication to let the customer know time of arrival etc. I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

The day after I posted my job Kevin from Mays rang me and arranged to come the following day to see what needed doing. As promised he rang me the following day to give me a quote which was very reasonable. He came 2 days later to do the job. To say I was pleased is an understatement I am delighted. I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.
