We employed Paul to create a concrete base for our new garden cabin to be installed. Paul was on time and organised, he was friendly and finished the job in good time. Unfortunately he didn’t protect the lawn so we are left with concrete in the grass. The concrete base wasn’t flat and dipped in the middle which made installing the cabin harder for us.
We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .
These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week. Chris was great at keeping me updated as the work progressed and so reliable. If he said he’d arrive at 8 that’s when he arrived. Will be using these guys again. Thank you so much guys

Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good.
