John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

GT gardens have now been looking after my garden for 6 months and I'm very happy with their reliable service of general garden maintenance. My one bit of feed back would be that it would be good if they could be a bit more proactive in letting me know what simple things could be done to improve my garden e.g reseeding small bits of lawn, autumn planting of spring bulbs etc

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. We asked Rob to build a garden pathway and small patio and he did a really good job. From start to finish Rob was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional at times. The quality and finishing of the job is good and we wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again. His quote for the work was very reasonably priced.

I have been let down by quite a few gardeners in the last year. Toby of GotG was very proactive. He called to discuss my requirements and prices. Was punctual and did a great job to a very tired garden. I have now engaged them to maintain the garden for me and I'm kept fully informed with pics of the work done on the day we agreed. Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.
