Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! I employed this gardener because of earlier reviews. I wanted borders dug ready for planting; old turf removed and new turf laid. All of the work done was extremely poor - especially the turfing. The turf was not done properly - I complained as it was being laid and told that they knew what they were doing. I have had 12 weeks of stress before finally coming to an agreement. My initial review was removed. I hope this one isn't so that other people are warned before employing him to do similar work.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
