We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .
These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week. Chris was great at keeping me updated as the work progressed and so reliable. If he said he’d arrive at 8 that’s when he arrived. Will be using these guys again. Thank you so much guys

Really impressive work by Lukas and his team on our home in Washington Street Brighton. Turned up when they said they would, finished the job when they promised. They did an excellent job on 3 rooms and an 18 foot tall hallway/staircase plus ceilings. A combination of removing some old plaster and replastering or boarding and skimming. Work really well finished - superb. He mostly dealt with my girlfriend and unlike most tradesmen she found him very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him !

Following our move into our new house I needed to clear out the back garden, which looked overgrown and unappealing. Anthony and Ed carried out a comprehensive clearance of my garden from overgrown shrubbery, broken down flowerbed-edging and removing all the stumps. While there were a few setbacks, such as workers not showing up, a mini digger that was too big to get through the side gate and the skip arriving late, they resolved the issues admirably and finished the job on time. I am happy with the result.
