Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Would recommend their services and will definitely use again. Many thanks
