Paul and his team were fantastic. My wife and I have always been a bit apprehensive about having people in our house when we are out, but we had no worries with Paul and his team. They were very hard working, reliable and trust worthy. I would absolutely use them again as the quality of what they have done is outstanding. Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. The best tradesman I’ve ever encountered! Always respectful, clean and tidy. A great work ethic trying to find solutions to problems and extremely hard working. Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration. He advised me on what to prioritise, the materials to use and gave me options as I was on a budget with many repairs that needed doing. I cannot recommend Nicu highly enough.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
