Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Very pleased with the work, the approach and the service - all excellent. The quote was produced quickly, the work started soon after and the standard of workmanship proved to be first class. The workman could not have been more considerate while in our house and always left the kitchen tidy for the evening. Highly recommend and I will certainly go to them again for future work.

Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
