Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
