The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

He did a really great job with a good smooth finish to the wall and ceiling. He always arrived at my property at the time stated and at the end of the job he hoovered and tidied the room. He also gave me advice and was very approachable. His charges were very reasonable. I would certainly employ him again.

Joe responded to my urgent job post quickly and was on site the following day. He’s a perfectionist and fixed a number of problems left by another tiler. He kept the site tidy, worked very hard and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Joe and would use him again.

Overall good results
