Did not use rated people in the end as this contractor was the only one to get back to me out of the three given and to give me a quote. He was quick and helpful and looked at the painting job via What's app video. I prefer to see a tradesperson in real life first so went to checkatrade but I would recommend this company if you want quick and clear quotes without further hassle

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Ion worked hard and quickly to paint our whole flat over a day and a half. He provided all the materials and was thorough and cleared up well when he left. His quote for the job was fair.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again
