Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

We have had an excellent job done. Richard is wonderful. We were away for a week and on our return all the neighbours told us just how hard he had worked. We now have a garden way beyond anything we expected. Highly recommend Richard.

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

Glen & Paul reboarded & skimmed the ceiling to a high standard, from start to finish the job was professional and the house was left in a tidy condition. Couldn't ask for more, extremely please with the job and the price was very competitive.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.
