Scott left the room as he found it, cleaning up before he left for the day. There were no unexpected costs. Scott turned up at the times that he said he would, he also asked us if it was okay for him to work into the early evening. Scott kept us informed of how the work was going, The tiling that Scott has done for us is of great workmanship and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

He laid laminate flooring in my kitchen & hall, did ceiling cladding and painted my doors and kitchen walls. I am delighted with the finished job. Came & gave quote, said could start Monday the following week, comes Monday messaged to say he can't start till Thursday, comes Thursday I messaged to ask if he's still OK to start, hear nothing from him till Friday when he messaged to apologise & could start next again week, very blaise when messaging saying its lucky I can just change when I can work & I'll get round to it like I'm not a paying customer hiring him to work when I require it, next again week comes around & I hear nothing again.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
