A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. We are very happy with the end result and we would have no hesitation in recommending Heyl Build.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. Roy helped me fix a problem with my karndeen flooring that no one else would touch. He did an excellent job and was a very nice personable guy. I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. It is not very often you get a tradesman of this quality. Use him you will not be disappointed.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.
